Space to blossom- a women's circle journey

Hello Loves,

this is our weekly circle at Svarga Loka with the intention to build a strong sisterhood together.

We will meet at 4.30 to 6.30 pm at Svarga Loka in Ubud.

Join us for a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery in our women's circles. 

Together, we will gather to heal our hearts and wombs through the practice of Daoist energy medicine and Tao Tantric arts. Through these practices, you will be empowered to become your own lover and healer, cultivating a new and healthy relationship with your body. We will practice womb healing and clearing rituals to heal from sexual trauma and release any imprints of past experiences. Through that you are able to deepen your intuition and we will learn how to clearly speak our needs and boundaries as well.

Our circle will offer you a safe and supportive space in sisterhood, where you can ground, restore, and revitalize your body and mind. You will learn how to create a sacred space for your practice, exploring elements of Qi Gong, Tao Tantric Arts and Priestess Arts.

During our journey, you will deepen your connection to your womb, heart, and voice, finding safety in your body and cultivating trust in sisterhood. You will learn how to create your own personal devotional altar space and discover ancient Daoist energy medicine as womb healing and breast massage. Through these practices, you will cultivate a deeper relationship with your womb, the seat of your power, sovereignty, and creativity.

Exploring your sensuality, you will heal your relationship to sexuality and experience a newfound vitality in this area of your life. You will receive practices and homework to empower you to cultivate a daily practice and create your own rituals.

The intention of our weekly circles is to plant a new seed of deep sisterhood here in Ubud. 

We will journey together and meet weekly to empower each other to flourish and blossom.

You will receive powerful tools to release past wounds and find the strength to radiate your unique beauty into the world. 

Together, we will co-create a transformative space of healing, growth, and empowerment.

Your Facilitator:

Jenny Jessen has been devoting the last seven years of her life into deep studies of cultural anthropology, energy medicine and healing arts. She is a guide for transformational experiences, ceremony, ritual and sacred femininity arts. Her approach is always artistic and intuitive based on her background as a perfomer and artist. In Ceremony she connects ancient ritual art with yogic, egyptian, daoist and shamanic approaches. Jenny has been hosting Community Ceremonies around the globe for Festivals and Retreats since four years.
