Aeracura- a collective of healing arts alchemizing the sacred art of theatre with ritual arts and movement medicine. Our mission is to bring forth the initial essence of theatre which was a cathartic process used by the ancient greeks as a healing method.

Joy is leading heart centered yoga practices to start day. We include a lot of breathwork to release stagnant energy and create space for new experiences.
