Full Moon Women's Celebration

Dear Sisters in Berlin,

I am returning from my Ashram stay in India and I am so happy to be back and host events in Berlin again. On Saturday I invite you to a sisterhood celebration. It will be half day mini retreat.

We will begin with a special hatha raja yoga class with pranayama to release any stagnant emotions during this full moon. Performing Bhramaree (honeybee breath) during postures helps to lengthen the breath and releases stress at a cellular level. The postures chosen influence the pineal and pituitary glands of the brain, which balances the hormonal system and calms and uplifts the mind, bringing you more easily into meditation. Also it is a beautiful healing technique to take home and to practice being your own sound healer.

After the class we will meet in a healing ceremony to connect deeper to our feminine and intuitive side. I will share moon mysteries, stories and womb practices I have learned from medicine women from different cultures around the world. My calling is to gather women in sacred ritual space for us to feel seen, and held in our vulnerability. The potency and magic of women gathering intentionally with love in ceremony is one that cannot be explained. Let's experience it together  It will be pure heart and womb medicine.
