Aeracura 5 Elements Retreat with Joy and Rowan
5 Elements
We welcome you to join us in this healing journey where we will connect deeply to the 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether and discover the power of ritualised living. Each day of the retreat will be dedicated to a different element. Working with these elements gives us a greater understanding about ourselves and how we can feel balance and harmony within us. We will learn different approaches towards the Elements from Aryuveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga. Together we will explore ancient practises of breathwork, bodywork, yoga and qigong in guided classes that have been designed to open up our understanding of each element. We will immerse ourselves in powerful sound baths of gong, crystal bowls and koshi bells that use sacred frequencies to heal our energetic and emotional bodies.Together we will perform Elemental…
